  O’C’N
This model called O’C’N is a rescue belt with integrated oxygen equipment and it‘s development is based on studies that say that drowning victims did not received oxygen in a timely manner. It offers the opportunity to open the respiratory tracts of the person and ventilate in an efficient way while they are still in the water.

  Finding of the Jury:
This product recognizes the fact that drowning victims need first aid as soon as possible. A floating device with integrated oxygen delivery is brought to the victim, allowing resuscitation of the person before they reach shore. This is an intelligent combination.
The access of the oxygen has not been thought through accurately. The concept was well developed but the design wasn’t completely resolved.
