Dear Friends of the BraunPrize and Competition Participants,
As we come to the end of 2005, we can look back on a year which has been particularly significant for Braun and the BraunPrize as it saw not only the culmination of the 15th edition of the BraunPrize, but also the 50th anniversary of Braun Design.
We would like to thank everyone who, by their involvement or participation, helped to make the anniversary event such a success. We are delighted that the BraunPrize continues to attract ever greater numbers of supporters and participants from all over the world and so serves as a high-profile showcase for the ideas and vision of young industrial designers.
With the last BraunPrize News of the year, we invite you to revisit the 2005 BraunPrize through the many photographs which were taken during the event.
And, because the end of one BraunPrize competition means the beginning of another, we would like to invite budding industrial designers all over the world to take part in the 2007 BraunPrize.
With best wishes for Christmas and a happy and successful New Year,
The BraunPrize Team
He highlighted the remarkableness of the “promoting design-idea” and in his opinion, industrial design is very important and should continue to support innovative ideas all over the world.
Afterwards the guests used the opportunity to take a look at the exhibited concepts of the young talents. The winner project 2005 was „Rescue Buoy“, a life-saving robot in form of a buoy.
