In many countries every year people face the problem of land flooding caused by rain or melting snow. The most commonly used remedy is to build dikes to prevent damage. Lots of manpower is needed to build dike structures - but also to maintain the structure if during emergencies water pressure increases and the causing the structure to leak and possibly collapse. A 24 hour patrol is required for inspection and monitoring. This alarm and control system can be easily installed to ensure early information in case of leakage or the danger of a collapse.

Well thought system that offers automatic test and monitoring of dike structure. Makes dike control less depended on human patrols during all weather conditions (rain, storm, day/night, all season). The device uses appropriate technology and easy setup in crises area, as well the system can be re-used. Compelling are the relevance to secure temporary dike structures as well the easy installation and operating principle.
