BraunPrize 1995
Well over 400 young designers from 39 countries took part in the competition which was first held in 1968.
The prizes awarded by the jury in the eleventh BraunPrize competition comprised one first prize of DM 8,500, one second prize of DM 7,000 and one third prize of DM 6,000. The winning entries were a portable TV camera by Matthias Bohner (Hochschule der Bildenden Künste Stuttgart), the dental patient's chair by Andreas Klober/Detlef Rhein (Fachhochschule Darmstadt) and the sand yacht by Andreas Weckemann (Fachhochschule Darmstadt).
Three special mention prizes of DM 4,500 each were also awarded by the jury.
